I know you’re looking for things not commonly done with younger scouts and weekend long, but have you considered a quarterly/whatever cadence night out bowling, arcade, etc? Just a night of camaraderie could help rejuvenate their bonds and would be a good chance to remind them that there were once older scouts that mentored them.
